How many of your parents have ever said that the music you listen to is a fad or you will not remember that band in 2 weeks? How many people have told you that your favorite band, the band that helped you along the way, sucks and are horrible people? How many of your friends will not listen to you because all you really care about is music? How many times have you gone to a concert and actually felt something, like you were apart of something much bigger than you can imagine? How many times have you come back from a show and actually slept with a smile on your face? How many times have you experienced true happiness from music? How many times have you given up on everything, except music? How many times has music been there, when the people around you weren’t? How many? How many times?
I’m so confused right now. I feel so happy about some things, which lead to me being confused. I wish it would go away. I know it will soon enough. I just need to talk to Emily or Bella or Lauren, someone.
